Kris and the team at Kreekside Construction Group have completed two major projects for us over the past couple of years. They built a completely finished guest house as well as a 4-season game room below our back deck. We couldn't be more pleased. They excel at what they do...are courteous, detail oriented and exceptional craftsmen. Kreekside, with Kris Riley at the helm, has brought us through an extremely difficult time, "one baby step at a time". Danielle and Benjamin understood far more than we, our needs and wants. They designed a lovely home for us. Dave Timson and his team of expert, local tradespeople brought their plans to fruition in a timely fashion, using only quality materials. I think that Bob's exclamation when he came into the house after not being in it for a time , sums up our experience with Kreekside, "I never thought it would be so beautiful". We contracted Kreekside to complete a new porch across the front of our century home. As with all old houses, there are strange glitches in the works. They were able to troubleshoot each one and provide us with a beautiful new exterior. The communication was top notch!

This was possible because clearly their goals and ours were identical, namely to please the customer. Kreekside Construction only subcontracts to operations that work to the highest standards, that do not make mistakes, pay attention to detail and deliver on time. Also, Kreekside’s in-house team of site manager, buyer, accountant etc. worked very hard to please us. Thank you Kreekside! Another reason that we chose Kreekside Construction was that the project was covered by Tarion Insurance which protects both parties in the event of disagreement, which however did not happen in our case. Kris and his team did a great job on our recent renovation. He impressed me from the initial meeting for the estimate by suggesting a couple of simple changes that reduced the time (and price) of the project, as well as a detailed description of the work to be done. After a COVID delay, we finally got underway in late May. Despite working through the hot humid spell we had in early June, the project stayed on schedule. Kris showed flexibility in working around some other work we were having done and rescheduled the second visit by the electrican. All of the tradespeople that Kreekside works with are top notch as well. The project was completed in the scheduled timeframe and the workmanship is excellent. AMAZING! From start to finish. We gutted our entire upstairs and Kreekside did the most incredible work making our little dream home on the lake a reality. Nothing was missed. It was an amazing experience working with this team. And we can’t wait to work with them again for our next phase in the future.
